This course will draw upon learned and lived experiences at the state and local level. Through case studies, participants will hear about unique forms of communication using specific tools and social media channels. Particular attention will be paid to operating in various political climates and issues like vaccine hesitancy. The facilitator will provide participants with proven strategies to employ during the next public health emergency.
