Decision Making as a Leader

REGISTRATION CLOSES MONDAY, JULY 10, 2023

Participants will be introduced to a decision-making model and learn to recognize frequent barriers to making decisions. This interactive workshop will include case studies and group discussion, allowing for different perspectives to be examined around the decisions posed.
