A thoughtful approach to change management should be an important part of any business initiative. More often, change management is an afterthought, executed haphazardly. Using change management simulations, participants will work in teams to practice applying change management theory to case studies and discuss what worked, what was ineffective, and why. Participants will gain insights into real-world solutions for initiating and managing organizational change and growth.
