Communicating & Managing Change for Public Health

This course will focus on internal communication and driving change within local health jurisdictions. Using a case study model, the facilitator will provide perspectives and learning from public health leaders about how to secure buy-in for change and how to roll out and communicate new directions. A significant portion of the course will be devoted to seeking out and leveraging perspectives of subject-matter experts and those most impacted by the planned changes.
