CHEAC Summaries on Proposed Permanent Cannabis Regulations Now Available

Recently, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), and the Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC) released their proposed permanent cannabis regulations. The regulations are related to the manufacturing (CDPH), cultivation (CDFA), and distribution, transportation, retail, and laboratory activities (BCC) of cannabis under the Medicinal and Adult Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA).

Recall, regulations currently in effect are emergency regulations that went into effect earlier this year. The set of CHEAC summaries are available below:
