CDPH Releases Proposition 56 Oral Health Program Guidelines

This week, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) released the 2017-2022 Program Guidelines for Local Health Jurisdiction Local Oral Health Programs Grant Application. The guidelines provide information on the purpose and background of the program, key action dates, required objectives and deliverables, application and program requirements, and instructions for completing required documents. The due date for grant applications has been extended to September 20, 2017. Supplemental documents (detailed work plan, budget, and budget justification) are due October 4, 2017. Members are encouraged to access all program materials and guidelines directly from the email sent to LHDs from CDPH this week; if you have not received this email, please contact us at admin@cheac.org.

The CDPH Oral Health Program will be holding two webinars to discuss the guidelines and answer questions about the submission process and deadlines.
