LHD and School Partnerships Report Released

The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) recently released a report entitled Local Health Department and School Partnerships: Working Together to Build Healthier Schools. The report utilizes a “Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child” collaborative approach to child learning and health and provides case studies and examples of LHD and school partnerships in reducing and preventing chronic disease.
