Resilience is the ability to face and handle life’s challenges, whether everyday disappointments or extraordinary disasters. In this course participants will explore why, when faced with adversity, some systems and people break down while others rebound and grow stronger. Participants will learn how gratitude, growth mindset and the latest research around neuroscience can help them rebuild their core well-being and disaster-proof their brain when crisis strikes.

  • Payment: Courses are payable via credit card or invoice. To request an invoice, please complete this form. You will be enrolled in the course and billed.
  • Substitutions: May be made with a 48-hour notice prior to the training start date. The substituted registrant must have an account in the CHEAC Training Center. Email admin@cheac.org with your substitution request.
